Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

Shipping to Canada: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PurBear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. PurBear is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PurBear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. Our support team will assist where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. PurBear will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
