PurBear Return & Refund Policy

At PurBear, we want you to love your footwear. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition:

    Customers are welcome to try on shoes indoors to assess fit, comfort, and appearance; however, shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of regular use including dirt, scuffing, creasing, sole wear, or odor—are not eligible for return or refund. If the shoes do not fit or meet expectations after indoor try-on, they may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Be returned with original packaging, including the shoebox and any tags

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping

PurBear covers the cost of return shipping.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Please do not send items back without first initiating a return request.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@purbear.com 

  2. Include your order number and reason for return. Please include pictures if necessary. 

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a PurBear error.

Exchanges

We currently offer direct exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or card issuer

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Reach out to us if the issue persists
